In recent years, the logistics sector in Vietnam has made significant progress with an average annual growth rate of 14-16%, reaching a scale of 40-42 billion USD per year. The number of logistics service companies and the quality of their business have been increasing, contributing significantly to achieving the highest level of goods import and export results to date, totaling 732.5 billion USD, a 9.5% increase compared to 2021.

"According to Agility's assessment in 2022, Vietnam ranks 11th among the top 50 emerging logistics markets globally," Mr. Tran Thanh Hai stated.

Logistics companies need to collaborate Mr. Hau Hong Bang, Vice Chairman and representative of the Guangdong Import-Export Chamber of Commerce (China), shared: After the emergence and rapid development of e-commerce, logistics companies need to collaborate to cope with e-commerce. This has created a cooperative model that connects and supports each other within the logistics industry.

In reality, Vietnamese enterprises have recognized the weaknesses as well as the potential for development in the logistics field and are intensifying investments and innovations to meet market demands.

"This issue not only helps diversify products and cold transportation solutions for cargo owners, not only domestically but also provides an interesting solution for cargo owners when supplying and transporting cold goods to the deep inland Chinese market," Mr. Hung said.

In addition, the exhibition features prominent and well-established Vietnamese logistics brands such as Saigon Newport Corporation, engaged in port operations, logistics services, and maritime economic sectors; VICONSHIP, which owns and operates major ports in Hai Phong and Da Nang, providing container yards, warehouse and distribution services, and road container transport; VINAFCO, a leading warehouse management service provider with over 35 years of experience; RATRACO, specializing in cold container transport and domestic and international rail transport; and VINATECH, a manufacturer and supplier of warehouse shelves and supermarket racks. The event series is expected to encompass over 1,000 exhibition booths and attract participation from companies representing 20 countries and territories, welcoming more than 20,000 visitors for business transactions during the 3-day exhibition.
